Returns + Exchanges

Any marks or blemishes on these handcrafted pieces of art are part of their history as they have been embellished with love for you.

Their slubs and imperfections make these pieces unique. They have been made by an individual over time, often months.

We check every item by hand before sending in order to ensure there are no defects.

In the case the item has a defect that we have missed, an exchange or refund will be offered depending on the type of “defect”.

In case you change your mind, please return the product, unworn and in its original packing, for a credit note, within 14 days from the date you purchased it. Please note that size is not a reason for you to return a product, as all items have measurements in centimeters and inches in order for you to make sure you are purchasing the size that is suitable for you.
