This gorgeous, generously gathered, one-of-a-kind skirt has been sewn completely by hand out of the finest cotton chambray I could find when in Mexico last. The delicate floral pattern repeats against a dusky plum background. The waistband is gathered with contrast binding, and so is the hem, and there’s a charming adjustable tie waist.
